- ShiBaShi Qigong
There are a number of sets of traditional ShiBaShi 18 Movements Qigong. In these versions, the movements are repeated 4 times, and the step-out movements are preformed to both sides.See the ShiBaShi page for full details and instructional videos.- Traditional ShiBaShi:

- Modified ShiBaShi as used in classes:
