Public classes are provided in Sydney's Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and in the Illawarra. There are sessions to suit everyone, from complete novices to experienced practitioners in Shibashi Qi Gong, the Simplified 24 Yang style form, Combined 42 form and Sun style Tai Chi for Health.

Grassed area in Yarranabbe Park roughly opposite 58 New Beach Road and near Yarranabbe Park Pontoon, however we may move further north or south in the park, depending on the conditions (sun e, shade, wind, etc).
