The Sun style (孫氏) of Tai Chi (t'ai chi ch'uan) which is well known for its smooth, flowing movements and more upright stance..
This Sun style Qigong is based on the Sun 73 Form and separates the movements into Qigong exercises which can be used as a stand-alone Qigong or as practice prior to practicing the full Tai Chi form. It takes about 15 minutes.
