Tai Chi Oz classes are presented by Ric Bolzan who is an accredited instructor and teaches Qi Gong and Tai Chi.
Classes are provided in Sydney's Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and in the Illawarra for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.
The main forms taught are the Simplified Yang Style 24 Form, the Combination 42 Form and the Sun Style Tai Chi for Health. The Qigongs include ShiBaShi and BaDuaJin.

Online Classes for 2023
Free online Tai Chi classes on Tuesdays at 11:30am provided in collaboration with the
Older Women's Network (OWN) will commence in the 17 January. The class includes Qigong and the Yang Style 8 Form
