Ric Bolzan teaches public and private classes in Shibashi Qi Gong, the Simplified 24 Yang style form, Combined 42 form and Sun style Tai Chi for Health.

He is accredited through the Tai Chi for Health Institute and is a member of the Tai Chi Association of Australia.

Public classes are provided in the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Specialised classes for seniors at are also available by arrangement for community centres, aged care facilities and retirement villages.

There is a Covid-Safe plan and so we practice social distancing and a roll is maintained for contact tracing. Please advise Ric beforehand you have any pre-existing conditions which may affect your ability to participate in the exercises.

All classes are tailored to the particular groups of participants and everyone is welcome. There are classes to suit everyone, from complete novices to experienced practitioners.

Each class has a 30 minute Qigong warm-up to prepare your body for Tai Chi practice.
